In 2012, we identified a significant shift in the global landscape characterized by the increasing decentralization, destabilization of global situations, and the complete digitalization of inherently important business processes. Recognizing the evolving business paradigms, we foresaw a transformation in economies and the emergence of new markets. To differentiate ourselves, we committed to achieving uniqueness, indispensability, and unrivaled excellence. This pursuit of distinction led us to explore the retail market. Gradually, we began to gather information, forge pivotal agreements, and venture into exporting retail-packaged products to customers worldwide.

After seven years of continuous work with retail products, enduring the challenging times of war in our country and the occupation of Crimea, we have finally created a brand worthy of placing our bet on and scaling it up: Happy Flakes. This brand is the embodiment of our genuine love for life and our deep-rooted belief that having something to eat is a cause for gratitude.

The history of our ancestors, who endured the Holodomor, a genocide orchestrated by the Russians, has instilled in us a profound appreciation for food and a resolve to share delicious food with those around us.

We've launched two new brands within our portfolio.

"Very Well" showcases a range of our unique products, including our non-fried instant noodles. These noodles come in three distinct varieties, each crafted from either durum wheat, buckwheat, or rice, and all are infused with the best-selling chicken flavor. 

Furthermore, we've started producing vegan, protein-rich instant pulses soups with these noodles and our new croissants, developed over three years to achieve the perfect recipe.

"Svedoly" is our brand dedicated to everyday essentials. This includes sunflower oil, mustard, biscuits, wheat flour (T55 and T00 for pizza), as well as regular fried instant noodles, and more.
